Our principal, Devlyn H Song is a practicing Professional Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years of experience. His quantity surveying experience encompasses all sectors of the construction industry working in professional practice, builders as well as sub-contractors in a chief estimator role on small residential extensions to multi storey high residential and commercial developments, hospitals, airports and a space port.
He is a Certified Quantity Surveyor, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and a Member of the Australian Institute of Project Managers.
He also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Building from the acclaimed University of Technology, Sydney and a Master of Business Administration from the University of New England, Armidale.
